Description: Very Important!!! 1) The balance due will be charged 48 hours after the booking has been made. The charge will show on your credit card as 'Tune Hotels'. 2) CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Any amendments are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. 3) BOOKINGS made FROM 5th December 2009 will include the below add-ons (per room per night): 12 hours air-conditioning & rental of 1 towel. This is only applicable for stays FROM 1st January 2010. 4) BOOKINGS made BEFORE 5th December 2009 does not include any add-ons. Guest will have the option to buy add-ons from the hotel during their stay.
